Open a Review from a Smart Folder

You can access a review from a smart folder that you or another user had created. Your access to these settings is dependent on your version of ConceptShare.

Important: Smart Folders are available only in the Enterprise Edition of ConceptShare.

To open a review from a Smart Folder:

1. Log into your account.
2. In the Navigation panel, click a Smart Folder created based on the type: Reviews.
   ConceptShare displays the list of items that meet the criteria that you or another user had set for that folder.
3. Click the review name to open it in the Proofing Workspace.
