Open a Review from an Email

You can access a Review from an email invite that ConceptShare sent.

To access a Review from a link in a ConceptShare email notification:

1. Open the notification email from ConceptShare.
2. Click the link to open the Review in the Proofing Workspace.

   If the email link is pre-authenticated, it will log you in as the user to whom the email was sent, and your review will be loaded. If the email link is not pre-authenticated, you will be redirected to the login page. You will need to enter your credentials or use the Single Sign-On option (if enabled for your account) to load the review.

   CAUTION: Forwarding the email containing the authenticated link to others will allow them to log in directly using the credentials of the link owner.
