You can move documents between folders in a project space. When you move documents, you can choose to retain copies in the original folder. If a document with the same document number already exists in the target folder, it is superseded.
You must be a folder owner, or a folder manager of the folder you are moving documents from.

In the Navigation pane, click
Spaces.

Click the space to navigate to it.
To search for a space, enter the name in the
Search Spaces field.

Click the Documents tab.

Navigate to the folder where the document is stored.

Hover the mouse over the document, and select its check box.
Select any additional documents that you want to apply the operation to.

In the Move Documents dialog box, use the
Destination Folder list to select the folder to which you are moving the documents.
Note: If you select a folder that is configured with one or more required fields, the documents that you have selected to move to the target folder must have information defined for all required fields. You cannot move a document to a folder if information is not defined for one or more required fields in the target folder.

To retain copies of the selected documents in the original folder, select
Keep a copy of the documents in their original folder.
If a document has been synchronized from
Deltek PIM, a copy is always retained in the original folder.

Click
Move.
