Managing Documents
You can edit information for a document, move documents between folders, remove documents from folders, and restore documents.

You can update a document number, title, or revision number, or modify the originating organization. - Add Notes to a Document
You can add notes to a document to provide supporting information. You can only add notes for the latest version of the document. - Move a Document
You can move documents between folders in a project space. When you move documents, you can choose to retain copies in the original folder. If a document with the same document number already exists in the target folder, it is superseded. - Manage the File Types of a Document
You can remove file types for a document, and change the primary file type. - Remove a Document
You can remove a document from a folder to prevent users from accessing it. When you remove a document, you remove all versions of the document. You cannot remove locked documents or documents synchronized with Deltek PIM. - Restore a Document
In a project space, you can restore documents that were removed by members. When you restore a document, all versions of the document are restored.
