Working with Documents

Deltek Collaboration provides a centralized place for storing, sharing, and managing controlled project documents. You can upload most common file types, including Microsoft documents, PDFs, drawings, images, and URL links, and share cloud document links.

Collaboration provides the following document management features:

Download Documents You can download any revision of a document for offline viewing and editing.
Add Documents You can add documents and cloud document links to document folders to share with your team.
Preview Documents You can view documents without having to download them. This feature is only available for Microsoft documents, PDFs, and image files.
Discuss Documents You can collaborate on documents by adding comments to document conversations.
Categorize Documents You can apply tags to group related project documents. Members can then find documents easily by applying one or more filters.
Manage Versions You can upload and manage multiple versions of a document.
Manage Access You can create folders, and control who has access to project documents, by managing group access rights on folders.
Manage Documents You can edit document information, add notes, move documents, remove documents, and restore deleted documents.
