Deltek Collaboration® Help
The Deltek Collaboration® help system provides help for all application areas. You launch the help system from the help link within the interface.
Each section of the help contains the help topics for each area of functionality, such as spaces or conversations.
The help system provides the following types of topics:
Topic Type | Purpose |

Procedures | Procedure topics provide step-by-step instructions for completing tasks. |
Field Descriptions | At the form and dialog box level, reference topics contain tables of field descriptions. These topics describe data entry requirements for each field and the effects of each option. |
Concepts | Concept topics explain the underlying concepts that drive various business processes. |
Overviews | Overview topics introduce a feature, or process. |

Collaboration is designed to be simple to learn and use. After reviewing this section, you will know your way around the application and be ready to collaborate on projects and documents. - Working with Accounts
As an account administrator, you are responsible for managing all aspects of an account, including the settings, members and guests, organizations, and any software integrations. - Working with Project Spaces
Manage project spaces to help your teams to collaborate and share information on all stages of a project. - Working with Documents
Deltek Collaboration provides a centralized place for storing, sharing, and managing controlled project documents. You can upload most common file types, including Microsoft documents, PDFs, drawings, images, and URL links, and share cloud document links. - Working with Conversations
You collaborate on projects and documents with your team through conversations, which are useful for raising questions and concerns, gathering feedback, and working together to improve project documents. You can restrict a conversation to a subset of members, or open it to everyone in a project space. - Searching for Content
You can search for conversations, documents, and attachments within a project space, or across all your spaces. You can also apply advanced search filter options to narrow down your search results. - Finding People
You can view information and contact details for people in your network when you view their contact card. - Submit a Support Request
You can submit a support request to your organization's nominated support person if you require help when working in Deltek Collaboration. - Using Online Help
Launch the help by clicking in the upper right corner of any screen in the application and then selecting the online help.
