Open Plan DBA Login Dialog Box

The Open Plan DBA Login dialog box displays only if you are running Open Plan in connection with a SQL Server or Oracle database.

Access users are assumed to have DBA privileges and can authorize the change without having to log in.

If you are attempting to assign a code file to a code index where no rotated column currently exists, you have the option to create the new column as a traditional rotated column, or make structural changes to the database such that the new column becomes a permanent part of the associated table.

This is not a casual operation, so when you opt for the structural changes, the Open Plan DBA Login dialog box appears. Enter your DBA User ID and Password to login. Once you have access, the code assignment may be accepted.
