Create Child Activities (Spreadsheet)
Use this procedure to create activities in a spreadsheet.
To create child activities in a spreadsheet:
In the
Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in spreadsheet view.
Insert a row at the place where you want to create a child activity.
In the
Activity ID column, enter an ID that indicates that the activity is a child of the subproject.
For example, if the project contains an activity ACT01, adding the activity ACT01.1 automatically converts ACT01 into a subproject and makes ACT01.1 a child of ACT01.
