Insert Rows in a Spreadsheet

Use this procedure to insert rows in a spreadsheet.

To insert rows in a spreadsheet:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in spreadsheet view.
  2. Right-click the selection box of the row next to where you want to insert new rows.
    The selection box is the left-most box in the row.
  3. On the shortcut menu, click Insert Rows.
  4. In the Insert Rows dialog box, enter the number of rows that you want to insert, and click OK.
