Delete Rows (Spreadsheet)

Use this procedure to delete rows in a spreadsheet.

To delete rows in a spreadsheet:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in spreadsheet view.
  2. Right-click the selection box of the row you want to delete.
    The selection box is the left-most box in the row.
  3. On the shortcut menu, click Delete Rows.
  4. When Open Plan asks you to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
    You can also click any cell in the row you and to delete, and then click Delete Activity in the Data menu group of the Edit tab.
    Note: Deleting a row on a spreadsheet also deletes the data associated with that row.
