Edit a Column (Spreadsheet)
Use this procedure to edit a column in a spreadsheet.
To edit a column in a spreadsheet:
- In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in spreadsheet view.

Take one of the following actions:
- Right-click the heading of the column you want to edit, and click Edit Column on the context menu.
- Click a cell in the column you want to edit, and click Edit in the Columns menu group of the View tab.
- Click a cell in the column you want to edit, and click
or
at the right side of that cell. Alternatively, you can click the area above the spreadsheet to entry or select the appropriate values. Corresponding options (such as a selection dialog box, a drop-down list, a pop-up calendar, or available values for selection) display, depending on the data type of the entry you are updating.
- Make changes to the column properties or the value of the cell.
- Click OK.
