Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Adjust the Column Width (Spreadsheet)

Use this procedure to adjust the width of a column manually.

To adjust the width of a column in a spreadsheet manually:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in spreadsheet view.
  2. Position the cursor over the right boundary of the heading of the column whose width you want to adjust.
  3. Drag the column boundary to the desired width while holding the left mouse button.
