Calculate Project Costs

Use this procedure to calculate project costs.

To calculate project costs:

1. Open the project for which you want to calculate project costs.
2. Perform time analysis, and if appropriate, resource scheduling.
3. Use the Activity Progress dialog box to enter progress information for all activities that are underway.
4. On the Processes tab, click Cost Calculations.
5. Enter the cost calculation information and click OK.
