Organize Spreadsheet Columns / Configure Custom Project Fields Dialog Box

Depending on your location in Open Plan, this dialog box displays either Organize Spreadsheet Columns or Configure Custom Project Fields.

Some of the fields may display in one area but not in the other.

  • Use the Organize Spreadsheet Columns dialog box to perform the following in the spreadsheet or barchart:
    • Insert and/or remove multiple columns.
    • Rearrange the display order of the fields.
    • Filter items that will be displayed using the options in the Include group box.
    • Add fields, such as calculated field expressions, to be included in the Display these fields panes. You can use the Add button to quickly add a calculated field as a column in the spreadsheet. Clicking this button opens the Add Column dialog box.
  • Use the Configure Custom Project Fields dialog box to select the fields you want to use when you export data to an IPMDAR file.
