Use this procedure to view the status of a queued process.
To view the status of a process:
Navigate to Administration » Process Server » Process Queue Manager.
On the Process Queue Manager form, in the Queue field, select the type of process queue you want to find.
Use the options in Current Processes to Include and History Processes to Include to filter the Queue Processes grid.
Tip — Click a column heading to find the process based on, for example, the start date/time or the name
Select the process and click Detail.
In the Process Queue Details dialog box, review the details of the process.
Click Refresh to update the data and see the latest information. The screen will not auto-refresh.
View the date and time in the Finished column to see when the process is complete. This column will be blank until the process is finished.
Click Status Log to view the status messages up to this point for the selected job. This is updated as the process runs. Click Refresh to see the most recent status messages.
If the process failed, click Termination Message to see details about why the process failed.
