Verify Components Tab

Use this tab to check the installed components.

Before verifying components, confirm that the Cobra license has been entered in EPMSA.

Click Verify to begin the process. As each component is verified, a Passed or Failed Status is added to the line. If any record fails, click Failed to view steps to resolve the problem.

Check Email Addresses

• User to Resolve Workflow Failures

Open Plan Engine

If a check in this group fails, subsequent checks will fail. For example, if the user login ID is missing, all of the following checks will fail because the system needs the user login ID to connect to the engine to determine the version number and so on.

If multiple checks fail, Deltek recommends resolving the first failed check and then rerunning the verify process to see if it resolves all issues.

• Username Specified

• User is Member of the SYSADMIN group

• User has an Open Plan License

• Connecting to the Open Plan Engine

• Accessing the Cobra Web Services
