After entering the security information and assigning users to PM Compass, the next step is to verify the installed components.
To verify the components:
Login to PM Compass with the user ID that you created and assigned as a member of the SYSADMIN group.
On the Navigation menu, click Administration ยป System Settings.
On the General tab:
Verify that the Application URL is correct.
In the User to Resolve Workflow Failures field, confirm that the user listed is the person who will resolve problems with the workflow during implementation.
On the Verify Components tab, click Verify.
As each component is verified, a Passed or Failed Status is added to the line. If any record fails, click the hyperlink to access steps to resolve the problem.
