Use the fields in this view to customize the BCR Analysis report.
After you have selected your filters, click Run Report to generate the BCR Analysis report in an Excel spreadsheet.
Click to display the Process Queue dialog box where you can view the status of the report creation process and/or view the termination message.

Use the fields below to filter the data that you want included in the report.
Click the Search icon next to the field to select the workflow type to include in the report. The list includes workflow types that meet the following criteria:
The workflow type is in the Change Management category.
The change class is a budget class.
This is a required field.
Use the drop-down list to select the status date that matches the status date on the workflow form that you want to include in the report. The list of dates comes from the calendar for the template project selected on the Change Details on Form tab in Workflow Type Configuration. The dates display in descending order starting with the default status date and ending at the beginning of the project. The default status date is the end of the current period in the calendar based on today's date.
This is a required field.
Select the projects or master projects that you want to include in the report. The list includes projects to which you have Read or greater access.
If you select one or more master projects, PM Compass includes all subprojects in the report as well.
If you leave this field blank, the report includes all projects to which you have access.
If you make a selection, the next time you open the Project Search dialog box, PM Compass remembers your last selection and automatically selects those projects again. You can click in the Search Results box to clear them and select other projects.
If you clear or change your selection, PM Compass clears the selections in the Control Account Manager and Change Number fields and you will have to select records in those fields again.
Use this field to filter the report to only display workflows that include the selected control accounts.
The Search dialog box lists the control accounts for the selected projects.
If you select multiple control accounts. the field displays <Multiple Control Accounts Selected>.
If you make a selection, the next time you open the Search dialog box, PM Compass remembers your last selection and automatically selects those control accounts again. You can click in the Search Results box to clear them and select other control accounts.
This field is disabled until you select a project in the Projects field.
Use this field to filter the report to only display workflows for the selected control account manager (CAM). Use the Search dialog box to select one or more control account managers.
The Search dialog box lists the control account managers on the workflow forms. You can search by a CAM's first name, last name, or user ID.
If you select multiple control account managers. the field displays <Multiple Control Account Managers Selected>.
If you make a selection, the next time you open the Search dialog box, PM Compass remembers your last selection and automatically selects those control account managers again. You can click in the Search Results box to clear them and select other control account managers.
If you don't make a selection in this field, PM Compass does not filter the report by CAM.
This field is enabled after you select a Workflow Type.
Use this field to filter the report to only display the workflows that match the selected change numbers.
The Search dialog box lists the change numbers for the selected workflow type and projects. If the Project field is blank, it only lists the change numbers for the workflows.
If you select multiple change numbers, the field displays <Multiple Change Numbers Selected>.
If you make a selection, the next time you open the Search dialog box, PM Compass remembers your last selection and automatically selects those change numbers again. You can click in the Search Results box to clear them and select other change numbers.
If you don't make a selection in this field, PM Compass does not filter the report by change number.
This field is enabled after you select a Workflow Type.
Use these fields to filter the report to display only those workflows in the selected stage(s). You can choose from the following options:
Closed: If you select this option, PM Compass includes workflows that are completed. This option is selected by default.
Failed: If you select this option, PM Compass includes workflows that have failed during processing. If you select this option, the Only Include Workflows that Contain Discrepancies option is cleared.
In-Progress: If you select this option, PM Compass includes workflows that are still in progress. If you select this option, the Only Include Workflows that Contain Discrepancies option is cleared.
When you select this option, PM Compass only displays workflows that did not process all of the data correctly and have red highlighted values on the report Summary tab. The report will not include any failed or in-progress workflows in the report. This option is not selected by default.
