This tab displays the time phased costs and is very similar to the standard Cobra Time phased Repeat Sub report. It includes the before, during, and after data to show the costs that were in Cobra, the change request, and what is now in the live project after completing the workflow.
Click a level in the gray area to the left of line 1 to group your data.
Level 1 grouping displays the change requests.
Level 2 grouping displays the change requests and control accounts.
Level 3 grouping displays the change requests, control accounts, and work packages.
Level 4 grouping displays the change requests, control accounts, work packages, and resources.
The labels come from the calendar set 00 on the template project of the workflow type.
The first period is the period before the selected status date and is a cumulative to date value in the first period.
The last period is the greater of these two dates:
The requested baseline finish date on the workflow form for all workflows displayed on the report
The current baseline finish date on the workflow form for all workflows displayed on the report
Hours, Direct, and Dollars
Hours: The sum of the time phased results with the result code of H
Direct: The sum of the time phased results with a result code of D
Dollars: The sum of the time phased results with a currency result
Before, Change, and After Change Request Columns
Before Change Request = change cost set (typically BCWS) from the Before snapshot
Change Request = change cost set + change class from the Change Request snapshot
After Change Request = change cost set (typically BCWS) from the After snapshot
The Cumulative column represents the sum of the time phased column values.
Change requests containing control accounts and work packages with associated time phased data display.
Change requests that only contain control accounts and work packages without time phased data do not display.
