Delete a Report

You cannot delete the standard reports. You can only delete:

Deleting shared reports depends on your role. If the option is unavailable to you, ask your System Administrator to grant you access in the EPM Security Administrator.

Delete a Report from the Reports Tab

To delete a personal/global report that you added using the report menu Save As option, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Reports » <Report Category>.

  2. Select the custom report you want to delete.

  3. Click .

    The Delete button only displays when a custom report is selected.

  4. A message displays asking you to confirm your request.

Delete a Report from the Custom Reports Tab

To delete a custom report from the Custom Reports tab, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Administration » Report Administration.

  2. Click the Custom Reports tab.

  3. Select the report you want to delete and click .

  4. Click .

    When you delete a report and click Save, a message displays informing you that "x" number of custom reports (including any related subreports) have been deleted.
