Print a Report

Use this procedure to print PM Compass reports.

For more information on reports, see Reporting Overview.

To print the report from the Reporting form, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Reports ยป Cost Analysis/Workflow/Progress/Schedule. The Reporting form displays. By default, the Reports tab of the Reporting form displays.

  2. In the Reports grid, under the Report Name column, select the report to print.

  3. On the Reporting toolbar, click Print. The Print dialog box displays.

    The availability of the Print button depends on your user role. If it is unavailable to you, ask your System Administrator to grant you access on EPM SA.

  4. Enter your preferred printing details.

  5. Click Print.

If there are no report options defined, the Report Options dialog box displays when Print button is clicked. Report options need to be setup first before an action can be made for a report.

To print a report from the Preview window, complete the following steps:

  1. Preview the report. To do this, run the report.

  2. In the Preview window, click .

  3. Use the Print dialog box for the Preview window to select the printer and other options. The available printers are those that you have set up in Windows.

    If you need help using the Print dialog box, click and select the field or control that you want to know more about.

  4. Click Print.
