Email a Report

You can distribute copies of a report by doing either of the following:

To send the report from the Reporting form, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Reports ยป Cost Analysis/Workflow/Progress/Schedule. The Reporting form displays. By default, the Reports tab of the Reporting form displays.

  2. In the Reports grid, under the Report Name column, select the report you want to send.

  3. On the Reporting toolbar, click Email to display the Email Report dialog box.

    The availability of the Email button depends on your user role. If it is unavailable to you, ask your System Administrator to grant you access on EPM SA.

  4. Enter the details in the Email Report dialog box.

  5. Click Send.

If there are no report options defined, the Report Options dialog box displays when you click the Email button from the Reporting toolbar. Report options need to be setup first before an action can be made for a report.
