Confirm Progress Settings

Use this procedure to run a Pending Progress report to confirm the progress settings.

To confirm progress settings using the Pending Progress report, complete the following steps: 

  1. Run the Pending Progress report and view all progress. How?

  2. In the Assignee/Approver column, note one of the names displayed.

  3. Log into PM Compass as that user.

    If you can see the progress entries that were displayed on the report for that user, it confirms that the progress settings are correct.

If no report options have been defined, when you click Preview, it will load the Report Options dialog box and will allow you to define the report options. Otherwise, it will directly preview the report.
