Designing Reporting Journal Entry Widgets
The journal entry and journal entry detail widgets are for reporting only. You cannot use them to create or edit journal entries.
To create a reporting journal entry widget
- Click > to open Design mode, and click the tab you want the journal entry widgets to be on.
- In the Tab Properties area, click Add Widget.
- Under Widget type > Reporting > Table, select Journal Entry.
- Select the columns you want on the widget.
- Click to save the widget.
To create a reporting journal entry detail widget
- Click > to open Design mode, and click the tab you want the journal entry widgets to be on.
- In the Tab Properties area, click Add Widget.
- Under Widget type > Reporting > Table, select Journal Entry Detail.
- Select the columns you want on the widget.
- Click to save the widget.
