You can produce these payroll reports:

Report

Description

Payroll Check Activity

This report displays detail for paychecks by employee for a specified time period.

For each paycheck, it lists amounts for gross and net pay, employee and employer taxes, deductions, and fringes. It provides a breakdown of regular, overtime, and other pay. It also lists the hours paid.

From the > Reports menu, click Payroll > Check Activity

Subject-to

This report displays detail for each tax by employee or employer for a specified period. It lists the taxable basis of the tax, amount of pay subject to tax, and amount of the tax.

The default is to run the report for Employee information. You can use the Customize options to run the report for Employer information. 

From the > Reports menu, click Payroll > Subject-to.

Deposit Summary

This report lists employee and employer amounts (contribution, taxable, and subject-to) for each tax for a specified time period.

From the > Reports menu, click Payroll > Deposit Summary.

Employer 940 Preparation

This report lists information you need to complete federal Form 940Closed Employers use Form 940 to report the annual Federal Unemployment Tax Act (FUTA) tax. FUTA tax, together with state unemployment systems, provides for payments of unemployment compensation to workers who have lost their jobs. From the > Reports menu, click Payroll > 940 Preparation.

941 Preparation

This report lists information you need to complete federal Form 941Closed Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return. Employers use Form 941 to report the following: payroll taxes for the quarter; current quarter's adjustments to Social Security and Medicare taxes for fractions of cents, sick pay, tips, and group-term life insurance; and previous quarters' adjustments to payroll taxes..

From the > Reports menu, click Payroll > 941 Preparation.

Payroll Pays

This report lists pays set up in Ajera and the options selected for them.

From the > Reports menu, click Payroll > Setup > Pays.

Payroll Tax

This report lists payroll taxes set up in Ajera and the options selected for them.

From the > Reports menu, click Payroll > Setup > Taxes.

Payroll Deductions

This report lists payroll deductions set up in Ajera and the options selected for them.

From the > Reports menu, click Payroll > Setup > Deductions.

Payroll Fringe

This report lists payroll fringe benefits set up in Ajera and the options selected for them.

From the > Reports menu, click Payroll > Setup > Fringes.

Wage Rate Table

This report lists wage rate tables set up in Ajera.

From the > Reports menu, click Payroll > Setup > Wage Rate Table.
