Use the procedures in this section to perform different tasks on the Inbox screen.

Create new conversations that can be visible only to specific resources or to everyone in your organization. - Add Resource to a Conversation
Select a resource (employee, group, or contact) on the Add Resources screen and add them to conversation. - Reply to Conversations
Reply to conversations to add comments, add new resources, or attach images or files to the conversation thread. - Delete Item from Inbox
Delete an item to remove it completely from your Inbox. - Mark Item as Unread
You can mark an item as Unread after you view it. - Mark Item as Favorite
Mark a conversation or a task as Favorite to make them available on the Favorite tab for easy access. - Unsubscribe from Inbox Item
Unsubscribe from a conversation or a task to stop getting notifications and remove yourself from the resource list. - Approve or Reject a Time Entry or an Absence Entry
This task only applies to approvers.
