Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Mark Item as Favorite

Mark a conversation or a task as Favorite to make them available on the Favorite tab for easy access.

To mark a conversation or a task as Favorite:

  1. On the Inbox screen, tap the All tab.
  2. Swipe the item that you want to mark as Favorite to the left and tap .
  3. Tap the Favorite tab to see the new favorite item.
  4. To remove the item from the Favorite list, perform the following:
    • Tap the Favorite tab.
    • Swipe the item to the left and tap .
      Note: You can also remove an item from the Favorite list on the All tab.

      The item is removed from the Favorite list.
