Reply to Conversations

Reply to conversations to add comments, add new resources, or attach images or files to the conversation thread.

To reply to conversations:

  1. On the Inbox screen, tap the conversation you want to add your reply to.
  2. On the Detail screen, tap , and perform the following:
    • Tap to take a picture of the expense (expense entry, receipt or other file).
    • Tap to select an image from the camera gallery.
    • Tap to add another resource to the conversation.
  3. Tap the message box and type your comments.

    On the message thread, you can tap clickable contact initials to view the resource's contact details.

    Note: To copy and paste text, touch and hold the selected text, and tap Copy to copy it to the clipboard. Touch and hold the field where you want to paste the text, and tap Paste.
  4. Tap Enter and tap any of the following:
    • Public: Clients or anyone else without access to your WorkBook platform who are included in the conversation are notified through an email, which includes a link to the conversation that they can use to reply back.
    • Private: The comment is only visible to the resources who can log in to your company's WorkBook platform.
    Your reply is added to the conversation thread.
