Activate or Inactivate a Paragraph (New Workspace)

Activate a paragraph to enable modifications for the paragraph and show its specification contents in the preview and output. Inactivate it to disable modifications and temporarily hide its specification contents.

When you activate or inactivate a paragraph, multiple rules apply and Specpoint automatically makes adjustments to related contents.

To activate or inactivate a paragraph in a project element:

  1. In the Elements panel of the new workspace, select an added family, section, or product type.
    An added element displays in dark blue.
  2. On the new workspace editor, click one of the following tabs to select which part to edit:
    • Part 1 - General
    • Part 2 - Products
    • Part 3 - Execution
  3. In your selected part, locate the article that contains your desired paragraph and click to expand the article.
  4. Under the article, locate and hover over the paragraph that you want to activate or inactivate.
  5. In the paragraph, click (Activate Content) or (Inactivate Content) to show or hide the paragraph depending on its current state.
