Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Office Master Workspace Action Bar

Use this action bar to access general options for an office master family and its product types.

You can use this bar as an access point to the Product Listings window, which enables you to browse product listings and select them as recommended products, basis-of-design products, or comparable products for an office master family and its product types. In addition, you can access the Notes window through this bar to create notes and collaborate with other members of the office master access group.

This action bar includes the following sub-toolbars:

Option Description
Show/Hide Bar Use the options on this bar to show or hide parts of the office master workspace.
Element Search Bar Use the options on this bar to search for a specific assembly, family, or product type in the MasterSpec Elements pane.
Workspace Toolbar Use the options on this toolbar to work on your selected element in the MasterSpec Elements pane or your selected article or paragraph on the element form.

The office master workspace action bar is available in the office master workspace. On this action bar, you can also customize your view of the office master workspace. You can show and hide options on this action bar to either make office master workspace options and other toolbars accessible or maximize the size of the element form.
