Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Show or Hide Notes to Specifier (Office Master)

Show notes to specifier on the element form to display and work on master-level or firm-level guides for the element and its paragraphs. Hide these notes to simplify the view of the paragraphs on the element form.

To show or hide notes to specifier on the element form:

  1. Open an office master version of a family or any of its product types in the office master workspace.
  2. In the office master workspace, click to show the workspace side panel.
  3. In the workspace side panel, click (Project Properties) to display the Project Properties Tab.
  4. On the Project Properties tab, click Show Notes to Specifier to toggle the visibility of all notes to specifier on the element form.
