Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Open an Office Master Version of a Family in the Office Master Workspace

Open an office master version of a family in the office master workspace to begin modifying the family version's contents and customizing your firm's baseline content.

To open a version of an office master family in the office master workspace:

  1. On the top menu, click .
  2. On the office master menu, click Dashboard.
  3. On the office master dashboard, find the family to which the office master version you want to open belongs.
    Note: You can search for or filter families.
  4. On the family, click (Toggle Row Expanded icon) for the family to display its available office master versions.
  5. Click the version that you want to open in the office master workspace.
    The office master workspace displays with your selected version and you can edit its content items.
