Remove a Paragraph (Office Master)

Remove a paragraph or subparagraph from an office master family to delete unnecessary firm-wide baseline content.

When you add a paragraph, multiple rules apply and Specpoint automatically makes adjustments to related contents.

To remove a paragraph:

  1. Open an office master version of a family or any of its product types in the office master workspace.
  2. On the element form of the office master workspace, click one of the following tabs:
    • General
    • Products
    • Execution
  3. On your selected tab, click an article to expand it and show the paragraphs that are under it.
  4. Under the article, locate and hover over the paragraph that you want to remove.
  5. Click .
  6. Click Remove all to confirm.
