Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Export an Office Master Family from the Office Master Workspace

From the office master workspace, export an office master family to view and store specification content for firm-wide best practices outside the platform.

To export an office master family from the office master workspace:

  1. Open an office master version of a family or any of its product types in the office master workspace.
  2. On the workspace toolbar of the office master workspace, click .
    Your computer downloads a compressed folder (.zip) which contains the exported family as a PDF file and a DOCX file.
