Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Preview an Office Master Family from the Office Master Workspace

Preview the contents of an office master family in a traditional section view to view how its articles and paragraphs display when you export the family.

To preview the contents of an office master family:

  1. Open an office master version of a family or any of its product types in the office master workspace.
  2. On the workspace toolbar of the office master workspace, click .
  3. In the Section Preview window, view the contents of the family or product type.
