Contents of the Workspace Side Panel (Office Master)

Use the contents of this workspace side panel to access additional features for working on the content items of your office master elements.

Navigate to the following contents:

Options

In this panel, the following options are available:

Option Description
Expand or Collapse Click this option to expand or collapse workspace side panel. This enables you to show the options in the panel or maximize the size of the element form.
Track Changes Click this option to display the contents of the Track Changes tab.
Project Properties Click this option to display the contents of the Project Properties tab (office master).

Tabs

In this panel, the following tabs are available:

Tab Description
Track Changes Tab This tab contains a record of changes that the office master access group made to the office master family or product type element. You can use this tab to perform the following tasks:
  • Browse changes.
  • Accept a change.
  • Accept all changes.
  • Reject a change.
  • Reject all changes.
  • Comment on a change.

Project Properties Tab
This tab contains various options that you can use to manage an office master element's properties and its available content items on the element form. This tab contains the following sets of options:
  • Content Visibility Controls
  • Project Management Properties
