Contents of the Project Properties Tab (Office Master)

Use the contents of this tab () to configure the management properties of an office master element and the visibility of its contents on the element form.

Content Visibility Controls

For office master elements, the following options for controlling the visibility of the contents on the element form are available:

Option Description
Show Notes to Specifier Click this option to toggle the visibility of all notes to specifier on the element form.

By default, this option is enabled.

Management Properties

For office master elements, the following management properties are available:

Field Description
Assigned To Select the user who is responsible for the element. The available options for this field are the members of the office master access group.

The default value is Unassigned.

State Select the state in which the element currently is.
The following states are available:
  • New
  • Active
  • Review Needed
  • In Review
  • Needs Coordination
  • Complete

The default value is New.

Current LOS Select the current LOS for the element for the specific phase. Current LOS is a non-static value intended to be updated as elements are further developed to clarify current progress of a given project.
