Modify a Style Guide

As an administrator or author, modify a style guide to change document and formatting settings for the global font, outline level styles, titles, notes, and units of measure.

To modify a style guide:

  1. For a given project, open the Format page for style guides.
  2. On the Format page, on the Style Guides tab, select a style guide that you want to modify.
  3. In the Document Settings pane, modify the global format.
  4. Modify the styles of the content on each outline level.
  5. Modify the title format.
  6. Modify the notes format.
  7. Modify the unit of measure format.
  8. In the style preview pane, preview your set formats on a sample section.
