Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Import Page

Use this page to import custom content into your project. This page also allows you to manage imported content, set associations to align content with Specpoint's content structure, and preview uploaded content.

The Import page contains features that enable your content import workflow, organized into the following portions:

Option Description
Import Page Action Bar This bar contains general options for importing families and product types.
Uploaded Elements Pane This pane displays your project's uploaded and imported files, and previews information for each file, such as its family name, product types, date of import, caution items, and errors that need attention.
Import Guide Tab This tab guides you in processing your uploaded family prior to project-level import and based on Specpoint's requirements.
Import Preview Tab This tab displays the articles and paragraphs of an uploaded project family in a similar view to the project workspace.

The Import page processes files on the project level. All files that you import and manage on this page are available only for the active project. To import files or access the imported files for another project, you must open the project and navigate to its respective Import page.

This page and all its features are available only to administrators and authors.
