Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Filter Assembly Codes

Filter assembly codes to quickly find a specific assembly with which to associate your Revit model element.

To filter assembly codes:

  1. In the Find field in the Set Assembly Code dialog box, enter the assembly code or assembly description for which to search.
  2. Click Next to view the next search result or click Previous to view the previous search result.
  3. In the Project Elements field, view the search results.
