Enter values in a paragraph's text field to specify content for your project.
When you enter values for a text field of a paragraph, multiple rules apply and
Specpoint automatically makes adjustments to related contents.

To enter values for a text field of a project element's paragraph:

In the Project Elements pane of the project workspace, select an added
family,
section, or
product type.
An added eligible element displays in green.

On the
element form, click one of the following tabs:
- General
- Products
- Execution

On your selected tab, click an article to expand it and show the paragraphs that are under it.

Locate the paragraph that you want to modify and hover over that paragraph.

In the paragraph, click a text field ([Insert]) to position your cursor.
The text field displays as a text field. Depending on the paragraph, the text field may contain an input prompt, such as "Insert Requirement", or a default value, such as "11-inch".

In the text field ([Insert]), enter a value.

To save your changes, click a different area on the
element form.
Repeat steps 2 to 7 for each paragraph that you want to modify.
The text field displays as a selected option (
(Option)) pill and
Specpoint clears your existing selections for options in the same option set.
