Trigger Setting tab (Message Policy)

The Trigger Setting tab on the Message Policy form is used to modify the various message trigger settings.

Trigger settings determine when a trigger-based message will be sent, who will receive the message, and how it will be displayed. For example, you can define whether a message trigger should send a message to a manager, or how long the system should wait to send a message.
