Billing Terms Form
Use the Billing Terms form in the Projects hub to enter, review, modify, copy, and delete billing terms for the projects for which you generate invoices.
You must create the project in the Projects hub before you can enter its billing terms.

Use the Format tab to enter the template header and footer text, and the information that appear on invoices. - More Calculations Tab of the Billing Terms Form
Use this tab to enter any additional fees or retainer information applicable to the project’s invoices. - Sub-Level Terms Tab of the Billing Terms Form (Project Level)
When you open the Billing Terms form on the project level and it is subdivided into phases and tasks, use this tab to define how to display phase and task details on the final invoice. - Sub-Level Terms Tab of the Billing Terms Form (Phase Level)
When you open the Billing Terms form on the phase level and it is subdivided into tasks, use this tab to define how to display task details on the final invoice. - Billing Backup Tab of the Billing Terms Form
Use the Billing Backup tab to determine whether or not to print supporting documents with invoices and define the labor and expense information that you want to display on the Billing Backup report for invoices. - Pre-Invoice Tab of the Billing Terms Form
Use this tab to specify pre-invoice settings and turn on pre-invoice processing for a project.
