Contents of a Product Type Article or Product Type Paragraph (New Workspace)

In the new workspace editor, use the different options and contents of a product type article or paragraph to work with product type-specific specification content in context within a family, section, and product type.

Product Type Article Contents

A product type article can include same available contents of regular paragraph. For more information, see Contents of an Article (New Workspace).

For product type articles, the following additional options are available:

Button	Description
Product Type Indicator	This indicates that the article is a product type article and holds the product type's contents as their parent article.
Product Designation	Enter an annotation pertaining to a respective portion in your A/E firm's drawing that corresponds to the product type. This enables you to link and coordinate your A/E firm's drawings and your project specifications. You can use this drawing designation for reference in the workspace. The drawing designation also displays in the product type line in the section preview and exported project files.

A product type paragraph can include same available contents of regular paragraph. For more information, see Contents of a Paragraph (New Workspace).

For product type paragraphs, the following additional options are available:

Button	Description
