Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Project Contents

Use this part of the documentation as a reference for working with the contents of project specifications, which include project elements and their respective content items.

Specpoint provides multiple features which enable you to manage, add, and update multiple levels of content for your A/E firm's projects. Project contents has two general levels:
  • Project Elements: Elements, such as assemblies, families/sections, and product types, represent a functional or structural aspect of the project.
  • Element Content Items: These include properties, articles, and paragraphs that define a project element's characteristics.

Working on a project's contents requires specific project permissions and inclusion to the project team.
