Accounts
As a Deltek onboarder, use this area and its pages to manage customer account information and settings.
Specpoint provides users the facilities in the Accounts area to accomplish the following tasks:
- Enroll new accounts.
- View all and search for accounts.
- Activate or deactivate accounts.
- Modify account information.

As a Deltek onboarder, use this page to manage A/E firm or BPM accounts in Specpoint. - Account Setup Page
As a Deltek onboarder, use this page to enter information for new accounts. You can also use this page to modify information for existing accounts. - Create an A/E Firm Account
As a Deltek onboarder, create a new account for an A/E professional firm and designate the account's the primary contact person/administrator to provide the A/E firm access to Specpoint. - Create a BPM Account
As a Deltek onboarder, create a new account for a building product manufacturer or reseller firm and designate the account's the primary contact person/administrator to provide the BPM access to Specpoint. - Modify an A/E Firm Account
As a Deltek onboarder, modify an existing A/E professional firm account to update account and contact information. - Modify a BPM Account
As a Deltek onboarder, modify an existing building product manufacturer account or reseller firm to update account and contact information. - Assign a New Designated Account Administrator
As a Deltek onboarder, assign a new designated account administrator to an A/E firm or BPM to update the user who will manage the technical and administrative concerns for the organization. - Add a Guest User to a BPM
As a Deltek onboarder, add a user from outside the BPM as a guest user to enable that user to work in a special role such as a consultant for specific projects.
