Use the Proposal Builder to create new proposals by inserting elements and hub records; set properties for sections, pages, and text; edit existing records; and export proposals to external PDF files to send to clients.

To select the proposal that you want to view or edit, use the Search field at the top of the Proposal Builder to enter criteria and search the Vantagepoint database. - Create a Proposal

When you create a new proposal, you can specify the default properties for the proposal, including the title, dates, associated records, and related notes. You can also update an existing proposal's default properties, if needed. - Save a Proposal
As you build a proposal, you can use the Save button to manually save your changes as often as needed. To further reduce the risk of data loss, Vantagepoint automatically completes an autosave of the proposal at its current state if there are unsaved changes and you attempt to close the Proposal Builder. - Edit a Saved Proposal

Copy a current proposal to use as the basis for a new proposal. This is useful when you have multiple proposals with similar content. - Working with Hub Records in Proposals
While building a custom proposal, you can pull information directly from existing Vantagepoint hub records into the new proposal. - Export a Proposal
After generating a proposal, you can export it in an Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) or other file type and save it for reuse (printing, emailing, and so on). - Delete a Proposal
When you delete a Proposal record, you permanently remove it from the database. You cannot undo the deletion of a Proposal record.
