Save a Proposal

As you build a proposal, you can use the Save button to manually save your changes as often as needed. To further reduce the risk of data loss, Vantagepoint automatically completes an autosave of the proposal at its current state if there are unsaved changes and you attempt to close the Proposal Builder.

To manually save a proposal:

1. Create a new proposal or open an existing proposal and enter data.
2. On the Actions bar, click Save.
3. If you also want to save the proposal as a template that serves as the basis for additional proposals, click Other Actions > Save Proposal as Template. The proposal will save as a template and be available in the Templates application and from the Template drop-down when you create a new proposal.
