Create a Proposal
The Proposals application streamlines the proposal production process, allowing you to create and track effective and winning proposals.
A key element of the Proposals application is the Proposal Builder, which includes a drag and drop interface where you can quickly add new or previously used content, images, and hub records to a proposal. You or your firm can also create and save custom templates and master elements in a library that are available for re-use by all team members.
Create new proposals using any of the following methods:
- From scratch: Create brand new proposals that include text, images, and other general elements as well as information from the Vantagepoint hub records.
- Based on Proposal Templates: You and your firm can create templates that can be re-used as the basis for proposals. These templates can be created from proposals that you have previously generated and saved, or your firm may design and save templates that specifically reflect your company's styles including page layouts, font settings, and other details.
- From a Projects Hub Record: The Proposals applications seamlessly integrates with the Projects hub. You can select to generate a proposal from a project in the Projects hub and the Vantagepoint application will integrate the project information with a newly created proposal.
