Project Space Overview
The home page of a project space displays all conversations and documents you have access to for the selected space. It is split into two pages: Conversations and Documents.
Conversations Page
The Conversations page is similar to that of your Home page, except that it displays only those conversations for the space that you are viewing. To show only your highlights, favorites, or muted conversations for the space, select the corresponding tab. You can also start a new conversation within the space, and manage tags for existing conversations.
The following table describes the columns that are displayed on the Conversations tab of a project space.
Column | Description |

Content Type | The icon of the file type that is associated with the conversation. |
Title | The title of the conversation or document. |
The number of new comments made against the conversation or document since you last logged in.
You can click this number to set all comments to read. |

Indicates if you, or everyone in the space, is mentioned in any of the comments. | |
The number of members that are associated with the conversation or document.
Hover over the number to display associated members, or click the number to navigate to the People tab for the conversation. |

Favorite | Indicates if the conversation is one of your personal favorites. If a conversation is currently a favorite, the star icon is displayed as . Click this icon to add or remove a conversation from your favorites. |
Actions available for the conversation. You can add and remove favorite conversations and documents. You can also mute (hide) or unmute (show) conversations. |
Expand and Collapse Conversations
By default, only the titles of conversations are displayed. To expand the view to display the last three comments for each conversation, click Expand All. Expand a conversation when you want to add a quick comment without opening the full conversation. Alternatively, to expand a single conversation, click .
To collapse all conversations, click Expand All again.
Filter Conversations
You can apply one or more space tags to filter the list of conversations when viewing the Conversations page. To apply filters, you must first click the Filter By Tags slider to enable tags. After you enable tags, click , and then select one or more space tags to apply.
Sort Conversations
- Default. Select this option to order conversations in the following order: Unread and mentioned, unread, mentioned, and then by date.
- Date order. Select this option to order conversations by the most-recently updated first.
- Mentioned. Select this option to order conversations by date in the following order: Conversations where you are mentioned, conversations in which any groups you belong to are mentioned, and then all other conversations.
- Recently read. Select this option to order conversations by the most-recently read conversations first.
Documents Page
The Documents page provides access to all project documents you have access to in the space, organized within a folder hierarchy. You can preview, download, sort, and filter documents in the view. Depending on your permissions for a particular folder, you may also have access to a number of folder and document management options.
Filter Documents
You can apply one or more space tags to filter the list of documents when viewing the Documents page. To apply a filter, click , and then select one or more space tags.
